Features for metal seated trunnion flanged ball valves
1.To enhance wear resistance, the ball and seat are coated with hard materials such as Tungsten Carbide, Stellite, Ultratek or other similar coatings.
2.JXON metal seated ball valve have a special design for the seat. In order to effectively prevent the medium enter into the spring and solidified, we have add a dustproof structure, and this design has obtain a patent (Patent NO:CN209469823U)
3.Our metal seat features a blade shape design, which allows impurities on the ball to be scraped off.
4.The ball is held by the stem and trunnion mount, so it will not be displaced. This prevents breakage and deformation of the ball, making the trunnion ball valve suitable for high pressure applicatioins.
