What is a fully welded trunnion ball valve?
JXON fully welded trunnion ball valve adopt trunnion structure, whoes ball is helded by the stem and trunnion, so that the ball won't have displacement while there is a pressure from the medium. There are two seals inside the valve cavity to ensure the good seal.Our fully welded trunnion ball valve is bi-directional valve, and it is no flow limitation.The valve body material is same as the pipe,there is no uneven stress, so the fully welded trunnion ball valve will not deform even if there is a vehicle pass by or earthquake occur.For the same diameter fully welded ball valve, the trunnion type ball valve has the smaller torque than floating type ball valve.
Fully welded trunnion ball valve features:
1.The ball of fully welded trunnion ball valve is helded by the trunnion, when the medium pass through, the medium pressure will transfer to the trunnion, so the ball will not have a displacement.
2.There are some springs on the fully welded trunnion ball valve seat, when the medium pass through, the seat will connect to the ball tightly under the medium pressure.
3.For fully welded ball valve,the seat can be soft seat and metal to metal seat. For soft seated fully welded trunnion ball valve, there is a fire safe device. When fire occur, the soft seat will be damaged, then the seat groove will connect to the ball tightly. The slope of the groove is calculated to contact the ball in a larger area, this can efficiently prevent the fire spreading. For the metal seat fully welded trunnion ball valve, the ball and the seat will be sprayed wear-resistane material to increase the wear resistance.
