Soft Seated Floating Ball Valve
Ball valves can be divided into soft seated ball valve and metal seated ball valve. For soft seated floating ball valve, the media should not contain large particulate matter, because the soft seat will be easily damaged. The soft seat usually use PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK materials. Although the soft seal is not resistant to high temperature, it is resistant to corrosion.
The ball valve with floating structure has a good seal. Because the ball is floating, it will have a small movement when it under the pressure of the media.
