Cast Steel Floating Ball Valve
JXON is good at manufacturing different kinds of high quality ball valves. Based on different shell production technologies, ball valves can be classified into cast steel ball valves and forged steel ball valves. For cast steel ball valves, they are generally suitable for valve bodies with complex shapes and large sizes.
Ball valves can be classified into floating ball valves and trunnion ball valves based on their different Internal ball mounting structures. For the floating ball valve, the ball is held only by the stem, resulting in slight displacement when under pressure from media. However, for trunnion ball valves, the ball is secured by the upper stem and bottom trunnion, ensuring that it ramains stationary even under any pressure.
