JIS 5K 10K 16K Cast Steel Flanged Ball Valve
Jxon JIS cast steel flanged ball valves are the quarter-turn valves. When the ball is rotated 90 degrees, the JIS valve will either opened or closed. Our JIS cast steel ball valve can be operated manually by a handwheel, or automatically with a pneumatic actuator, electric actuator, etc. Our factory uses the entire silicon sol for precision casting, which enable us to produce high quality and high precision JIS valve bodies. The JIS valve body is cast using the silica sol, resulying in a surface roughness of Ra3.2-6.3. As the JIS casting blank nearly finished, it can be easily machined or processed, reducing both cost and manufacturing time.
