What are full bore cast steel ball valves?
JXON full bore cast steel ball valves are quarter-turn valves. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, the valve is either fully open or fully closed. Full bore means that the hole of ball diameter is the same as the pipe diameter, so for full bore ball valves, there is little resistance to fluid passage.
Full bore cast ball valves VS reduced bore cast steel ball valves

Reduced ball valves are flow control elements that can be closed. The flow area in fully open state is smaller than internal diameter of pipeline.
A comparison between full-diameter ball valves and reduced diameter ball valves is presented below:
1.For full bore ball valves, we can ignore the resistance because the diameter of the ball hole of ball is as large as that of the pipe. For reduced bore ball valves, the diameter of ball hole is smaller than that of the pipe, resulting in some fluid resistance and a reduction in flow rate.
